We introduce you to MCO Cottage Rentals
Over the last 25 years we’ve been working to develop affordable homes in smaller, more rural communities West of Boston. Much of the work was focused on creating less expensive, yet attractive housing options for area residents. The communities we work in often have few rental properties and the idea of hundreds of apartments in large scale buildings, at a single location, is overwhelming.
To address these concerns, we are now developing a series of neighborhoods with cottage style homes available for rent. These neighborhoods will feature just 30 to 50 cottages with community green spaces as a focal point and broad front porches on all homes to welcome neighbors. The charming rental cottages range in size from 1,150 to 1,400 square feet and offer a variety of floor plans to meet the needs of today’s wide range of renters.
